HIJABS:
At Kayra the Label , we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hijabs and ensure their satisfaction with their purchase. However, due to sanitary reasons, we have implemented a strict no returns policy on hijabs. This policy is in place to prioritize the health and safety of our customers.
Reasoning Behind the No Returns Policy:
1. Hygiene Concerns: Hijabs are considered intimate apparel and are worn in close contact with the hair and skin. As such, they can easily come into contact with sweat, oils, makeup, or other personal care products. These factors contribute to the potential for contamination and the spread of bacteria or viruses. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on hijabs.
2. Health and Safety: In light of global health concerns, it is crucial to prioritize the well-being of our customers. By implementing a no returns policy on hijabs, we can minimize the risk of transmitting infectious diseases or allergens between individuals. This policy aligns with industry best practices and guidelines set by health authorities.
3. Product Integrity: Once a hijab has been purchased and worn, it becomes difficult to ascertain its condition and whether it has been used or altered in any way. To ensure that all our customers receive brand-new, unused products, we cannot accept returns on hijabs.
CLOTHING:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your clothing order, you may exchange it within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a exchange, the clothing must be in its original condition with tags still attached. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Once your exchange is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send back the item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the clothing piece is received and inspected, we will issue the exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.
Items that are received after the 3-day return period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
